Ho Hsiao - Mei（Taiwan）

Born in 1963, Ho Hsiao-Mei is the choreographer/artistic director of MeimageDance, a pioneering contemporary company she founded in 2010. She is also the dean of the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) Dance Department. Ho formerly served as director of the Taipei Crossover Dance Company, a visiting choreographer and dancer for Cloud Gate Dance Theatre and one of the commissioned choreographers at the 1995 American Dance Festival. Today she continues to perform at many internationally renowned art festivals. She has been the recipient of the 19th National Award for Arts (2016) and the Taishin Arts Award (2013).
