Liu Libin（China）

Born in 1953, Liu Libin is a professor, doctoral supervisor and chairman of the Education Development Foundation of the Central Academy of Drama, China. His main focus in teaching includes the education of future professional actors, directing and theoretical research. He is the author of many articles, including Concept of Performance and Exploration of Actor Performance and Creation to name but two. When Liu Libin was the Communist Party Secretary for the Central Academy of Drama, he put considerable effort into organizing exchange programs with SCOT, enabling acting students from the Academy to learn Suzuki's training method in Toga and Beijing. He is an International Committee member of the Theatre Olympics and was artistic director of the 6th Theatre Olympics.
